I am a qualified professional counsellor, registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), offering support to adults face-to-face, and online. My counselling approach is warm, authentic, and grounded in providing a safe, supportive space where you can explore what’s happening in your life.
I was drawn to counselling through my many years of working as a massage therapist, where people would often share their worries and challenges with me. I realised how deeply people needed to be heard, and I wanted to be able to support them in a professional way. Although I am no longer practising as a massage therapist I provide a range of holistic therapies: Spinal Touch, Access Bars, Access Energetic Facelift, Post Operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Reiki & Reflexology.
I am also currently training in Bowen Technique, approaches that focus on working gently with the body to help relieve physical pain and restore balance. This training builds on my 20+ years of experience in therapeutic bodywork and continues to shape my holistic approach to wellbeing, supporting both mind and body.
