Have been going to Viv for years mainly for Reflexology Sessions and Massage. Her kindness, skills and professionalism are second to none and I always come away feeling much more balanced and relaxed. I’ve been suffering with debilitating jaw, ear and neck pain and tension headaches recently and whilst seeing a Chiropractor helped I was still suffering in some pain due to Complex Grief. I highly recommend Invest in you. I have suffered with for many years with hip and back pain, not helped by poor posture and a role that requires me to sit for long periods. Vivienne is highly skilled and knowledgeable and I have felt almost total relief since I have been treated by her. I began as a spinal touch case study and I have carried on attending regularly as I have felt so much benefit from it. Recently she has helped with the vertigo I’m experiencing.

I have seen Vivienne recently for spinal touch therapy, trigger point release therapy and access bars therapy too.
I have been amazed at the results of both therapies and am continuing them both. I have chondromalacia patella in one knee and suffer with pain in my knee, leg, hip and lower back, on that side. I have now been able to reduce my pain medication and at times haven’t had any at all.
My hip has felt more realigned and the muscle in my leg isn’t so tight.
The energies felt through the spinal touch was wonderful. I had the access bars treatment as I suffer with overwhelm and a very busy head. The treatment itself was wonderful and I went to sleep. I had a huge release a couple of days later. Since, I have been able to compartmentalise things going around my head, felt calm and able to relax more.
Vivienne has a calm, warm personality and has a beautiful treatment room and a very comfy couch, which is warmed and you are covered in a cosy blanket.
Time is precious, as is money, and this has been the best thing I have done for myself!
If you are unsure, I recommend Vivienne and her treatments 100%. R.M.

The most effective massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had long standing pains in my neck and shoulder blade that cause me migraines. I’ve tried different masseurs over the years with varying degrees of success. I booked a sports massage with Vivienne after finding her on the internet and it was amazing. Really powerful. I have been visiting Camomiles for muscle aches for 5 years or so now, Vivienne is excellent at finding the muscle pain and reducing it (although sometimes painful!) The room is always clean and warm and Vivienne always takes time in discussion with you before starting to assess any areas which need concentrating on. There is free parking. To find camomiles make sure you head up the stairs or lift to the first floor, camomiles is in the County Chiropractic Clinic.
