Supporting you to make the changes that you would like, to enable you to feel better about yourself. Through counselling you can gain a clearer picture of your strengths, skills and talents. Appreciating the person you are and looking at the areas that you might like to develop further. Counselling helps you to build a clearer more balanced picture of who you are.
