• Access Bars £60 – Access Bars is like a gentle defrag for the brain, helping you release stress, quiet the mind, and create space for clarity and ease.
• Access Energetic Facelift £60 – The Access Energetic Facelift is a gentle, nurturing process that can ease tension and invite more radiance, helping your face and body feel refreshed and revitalised.
• Bowen Therapy £40 (Introductory price until August 31st). Bowen is a gentle, light touch treatment that works with the body rather than forcing change. Using a series of precise rolling movements over muscles, tendons, and connective tissue, Bowen provides the brain and body with subtle information, encouraging the body’s natural ability to make its own adjustments and heal itself. People find Bowen useful for headaches & migraines, back, hip knee, shoulder, and ankle pain.
• Scar Tissue Massage & Post-Surgery Scar Treatment (Myofascial Release)  £55 – Helps soften scar tissue and restore movement, general scar tissue and post-surgery scar treatment after tummy tuck, breast surgery, C-section and other operations.
• Pre & Post Op Manual Lymphatic Drainage –  £60 (can include include scar tissue massage & Myofascial Release)  – Post-operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) gently stimulates the lymphatic system to reduce swelling, support your body’s natural healing, and promote overall recovery after surgery.
• Reiki £55 – Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation, supports emotional balance, and encourages the body’s natural ability to restore harmony and well-being.
• Reflexology £55 – Reflexology is a relaxing, therapy, that uses gentle pressure on specific points of the feet to support overall balance, relieve tension, and encourage the body’s natural healing processes.
• Spinal Touch ***£35 usually £55*** – Using light touch and precise postural assessment, Spinal Touch helps realign the body and ease muscular pain and tension.

Cancellations:

Life happens, and I completely understand, plans can change. If you need to cancel, please try to give as much notice as possible. Cancellations made on the same day will be charged at the full appointment rate, as I may not be able to fill the space at short notice.
