Yesterday I had my first Access Bars session with Viv and, not knowing quite what to expect, I was curious to see how it might help. I’d been feeling stressed due to certain circumstances, so it felt like the perfect time to try.
Viv’s calming voice and nature immediately put me at ease and within just a few minutes I felt totally relaxed in her hands. As the session progressed, I noticed the darkness behind my eyes beginning to lift, and it felt as though my head was gently emptying.
By the end, I felt deeply relaxed, almost as if I’d woken from a deep, restorative sleep. The stress I’d been carrying had simply melted away.
I’ll definitely be booking in again.

I had access bars treatment with Viv yesterday. Viv is absolutely lovely and has a very calming personality that instantly made me feel at ease. Her treatment room felt very relaxing and tranquil.
I have been suffering with anxiety and have had trouble sleeping due to lots of thoughts going around in my mind. I was really impressed with the treatment.
