What to expect from a Nutritional Appointment

What to expect from a Nutritional Therapy Appointment

In nutritional therapy, it is key to gather as much information as possible about your condition and how it affects you, your diet and lifestyle (including stressful situations that you maybe going through) this can include:

  • Your well being history,
  • Your life style,
  • Medications,
  • Environment
  • Habits
  • Exercise

To gather this information Lorraine will provide you with a detailed questionnaire prior to the consultation. Lorraine can then see what system in the body needs support.

The first consultation will be around an hour long. With any follow up appointments usually around 45 minutes. Consultations tend to be offered at between 4-6 weeks apart, or dependent on your personal goals.

One of the main ingredients of these consultations is education. This enables people to understand what’s going on in the body and how food can help them reach their goals. This gives you the tools and knowledge putting you in charge of your health.

Price is £65 for the first appointment and £55 for following appointments. To arrange an appointment or discuss whether Nutritional Therapy can help you call Lorraine on: 07504862546

Appointments available only by video call (until lockdown is over) or in the future based in Plymstock.

This is an example of the  Nutritional Therapy Questionnaire (PDF) that you will need to fill in before your appointment. Lorraine can send this to you via email as well as by post if you prefer.

The consultation is private and confidential, one to one and client tailored.
