What can EFT help with?

EFT otherwise known as tapping can help with just about anything. Below are some examples.

EFT can help with:

Changing behaviours such as:

  • Eating habits (the desire to keeping eating what I know is not good for me)
  • Issues with food

Or you can use it to move past blocks to personal performance:

  • Lack of confidence
  • Anxieties
  • Procrastination for example on writing an essay or taking a course of study (we look at what is preventing you and tap on that)
  • Putting in and helping maintain healthy boundaries

Life limiting beliefs: EFT can helps us To change beliefs that are not our own, those introjects picked up at a you age. Those beliefs that were given to us as children, that are not truly our own. It’s worth examining them and removing, changing or lessening these. So that it leaves us free to be more truly ourselves. Examples might be:

  • Beliefs around work and money –
    • We have to work hard to receive little
    • I’ll only ever earn “£…..” or I’ll never have enough
    • I’m always struggling to keep my head above water
    • We’re not a lucky family
    • Work is hard
  • Life beliefs
    • Life is hard
    • Life is all work and responsibility
  • Negative self Beliefs like:
    • I’m stupid, I’m slow, I’m not clever. Example:”My dad always told me I have the brains of a rocking horse”
    • “I’m not good enough”
    • I’m unlucky

Feelings:

  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Stressful memories (what happens in the past and our feelings about it, sometimes still affects us in the present)

Work directly with Fears and Phobias:

  • Flying
  • Heights
  • Water
  • Animals, spiders Snakes etc.

And around certain situations

  • Interviews
  • Public speaking
  • Relationships
  • Speaking up for yourself
  • Money
  • Loosing weight
  • Driving
