Just a few questions to reflect on or a little food for thought, as they say.  If any of your answers spark better choices or change for you that is fabulous.

  • How much of your time is spent just on you?
  • Are you regularly taking time to relax and recharge?
  • Do you feel you need someone else’s permission to relax?
  • What does relaxation look and feel like to you?
  • Do you know how important it is to have some down time?
  • How often do you simply do nothing?
  • Do you know it’s good to let the mind rest as much as the body?
  • When getting your mind to relax what works for you?
